【摘要】 目的:观察中药复方桑椹对2型糖尿病人鼠肾脏病变的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用小剂量链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)注射加高糖高脂饲料喂养的方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。研究复方桑椹对大鼠肾脏皮质非酶糖基化终产物(advanced glycosylation end-products,AGEs)含量、尿白蛋白排泄量、肾重指数、血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂和肾脏组织学等的影响。结果:复方桑椹组的 AGEs 含量和尿白蛋白排泄量、肾重指数、血糖、血清胰岛素水平、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清胆固醇(TC)较糖尿病模型组显著降低(P<0.01),胰岛素敏感性较糖尿病模型组显著提高(P<0.01)。肾脏病理检查:复方桑椹组肾小球体积较正常组增大,但比糖尿病模型组系膜细胞和细胞外基质增生减轻,无肾小球硬化,肾小管正常。结论:复方桑椹对2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏有良好的保护作用。其作用机制可能与降低肾脏 AGEs 及降低血糖有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effect of Compound Sangshen (SS) on nephropathy of type 2 diabetic rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods:Model of type 2 diabetic rats was set up by injecting with small dosage of streptozocotin (STZ) and feeding with forage of high carbohydrate and high fat.Effect of SS on contents of advanced glycosylation end-products (AGEs) in renal cortex of rats,uri- nary albuminuria excretion (UAE),index of kidney weight,blood sugar,serum insulin,blood lipid,and histological examination on kidney,etc.Results:Compared with the model group of diabetes,contents of AGEs,UAE,index of kidney weight,blood sugar, level of serum insulin,serum triglyceride (TG),serum cholesterol (TC) in SS group were obviously lowered (P<0.01),while the insulin sensitivity was obviously improved (P<0.01).As for pathological examination on kidney,compared with the normal group, glomerular volume in SS group was still enlarged.Compared with the model group,proliferation of mesangial cells and extracellular matrix was lessened.There was no glomerular sclerosis and normal tubules.Conclusion:SS has protective effect on the kidney of type 2 diabetic rats,whose mechanism might be related to the lowering of AGEs and blood sugar.更多还原
