【摘要】 目的:研究消斑愈肾颗粒剂治疗大鼠实验性 IgA 肾病的作用机理。方法:采用口服牛血清白蛋白（BSA）和尾静脉注射葡萄球菌肠毒素 B（SEB）免疫复合法建立大鼠 IgA 肾病模型。随机分组,分别灌胃给予消斑愈肾颗粒剂、肾炎舒及强的松,另设正常组。观察消斑愈肾颗粒剂高剂量组40g（生药）·kg^-1·d^-1、低剂量组20g（生药）·kg^-1·d^-1及肾炎舒组6.3g·kg^-1·d^-1、强的松组5.4mg·kg^-1·d^-1对其病变的影响。结果:消斑愈肾颗粒剂可以改善实验性 IgA 肾病大鼠血尿和蛋白尿,减轻肾脏的病理改变,减轻免疫复合物在肾组织中的沉积。结论:消斑愈肾颗粒剂对实验性 IgA 肾病有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the mechanism of Xiaoban Yushen Granule (XBYSG) in treating experimental IgA nephropathy in rats. Methods:The IgA nephropathy rat model was established by means of bovine serum albumin (BSA) gastrogavage and Staphyloccocal enterotoxin B (SEB) injection in rats,which were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,lgA nephropathy control group,Shenyanshu treated group,prednisone treated group,low (20g/kg’d) and high (40g/kg’d) dosage XBYSG treated groups. Therapeutic effect including pathologic changes were observed after treatment in these groups.Results:XBYSG could improve hema- turia and proteinuria of experimental IgA nephropathic rats,abate renal pathologic changes and immune complex deposit in kidney. Conclusion:XBYSG has therapeutic effect in treating experimental IgA nephropathic rats.更多还原
