【摘要】 目的:研究当归芍药散加味方对老年鼠松果体β肾上腺受体(β-AR)含量及功能的影响。方法:选用老年鼠(18个月),分组灌服当归芍药散加味方及其君臣药、佐药水煎液,3周后,用放射配基受体结合分析法测定其松果体β-AR,同时用四唑蓝比色法(MTT)测定各组大鼠松果体培养上清液(PCS)促进脾细胞ConA 诱导 T 淋巴细胞增殖 OD 值(SCTOD 值)。结果:与老年对照组比较,当归芍药散全方组大鼠松果体β-AR 明显增多(P<0.01),当归芍药散全方组和君臣药组大鼠 PCS 对 SCTOD 值明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:结果表明当归芍药散加味方可提高老年鼠松果体β-AR,使松果体可分泌较多的促进淋巴细胞增殖的物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of supplemented Danggui Shaoyao San (DSS) and its dissembled prescription on β-adrenergic re- ceptor (β-AR) level and function of pineal body in aged rats.Methods:Aged rats (18 months) were divided groups according to the principal-adjuvant and auxilliary medicine of DSS fed to the rats through gastrogavage for 21 days.Then,using radioligand binding assay of receptor,β-AR level of pineal body was determined.Using MTT method,after pineal culture supernatant(PCS) was added to cultural medium,the splenocyte ConA induced OD value of T lymphocyte (SCTOD)was determined.Results:In comparing to the control group,the β-AR level of pineal body in DSS group was significantly increased (P<0.01).DSS group,principal-adjuvant group were obviously elevated in SCTOD compared with control group (P<0.01 ).Conclusion:DSS could increase β-AR level of pineal body in aged rats,the function of pineal body in aged rats was improved,thus the pineal body could secrete more substance that can promote T lymphocytes proliferation.更多还原
