壳型铸造凸轮轴铁素体组织的消除
Eliminate Ferrite Structure in the Camshaft of Shell Mould Chilled Casting
【摘要】 本文介绍了壳型冷激铸造神龙凸轮轴试制初期轴颈铁素体含量高、D型石墨超标,引起轴颈硬度低、加工时表面粗糙度超差的问题,并分析了其产生的原因。通过合理控制铁液的过热,改进化学成分,控制浇注温度,改进浇冒口系统等,轴颈铁素体得到消除、D型石墨得到减少,切削加工性能得到显著改善。
【Abstract】 Shell Mould Chilled Casting has been introduced. Causes, have been analysed, of problems in initial stages of trial_produce of Shenlong camshaft such as lower hardness of shaft neck and poor surface roughness in processing, by high content of ferrite in shaft neck and super content of D_type graphite, which can be eliminated via measures as proper control of overheat of the melt, improvement on chemical composition, control of pouring temperature, improvement on gating and riser system.
