6105缸盖排气道壳芯穿芯问题的防止
Prevention of Defects of Shell Core of Exhaust Way in Model 6105 Cylinder Head
【摘要】 在6105DT柴油机缸盖调试及生产过程中,浇注时排气道壳芯铁液穿芯导致铸件缺陷,本文分析了穿芯产生的原因,提出了防止措施。
【Abstract】 The causes that during pouring liquid iron went through the shell core of exhaust way resulting in casting defects in Model 6105DT Diesel engine cylinder head have been analysed and preventive measures set forward.
