四环减速器内齿环板的结构设计及力学性能分析
Structure design and force capability analysis for the driving ring board four-ring type of gear reducer
【摘要】 为解决三环减速器振动大、温升高和运动平稳性差等问题,设计了一种新型传动装置———四环减速器.分析了这种新型减速器的工作原理及结构特点,给出了内齿环板的受力公式,应用该公式计算了14种典型工况下内齿环板所承受的载荷力.计算结果表明:内齿环板所受载荷力中,支承力和啮合力较大,变化幅度剧烈,对内齿环板的应力和变形都有重要的影响;其惯性力较小,变化平缓.这表明四环减速器具有良好的均载减振效果.
【Abstract】 In order to solve the threering type of gear reducer’s problems of high vibration,high temperature and low movement balance,a new fourring type of gear reducer is designed.The structure characteristic and transmission principle of the new gear reducer is analysedThe force formulas of driving ring board are given,the load force of driving ring board in fourteen representative case are calculatedCalculation’s result indicates that supporting force and mesh force are big,change range is acuity,which have important influence on the stress and deformation of the driving ring boardInertial force is little,change range is not acuityFourring type of gear reducer has better effect of making load average distribution and reducing vibration
