【Abstract】 The condition of a lactobacillus acidophilus Mutant to synthesize linoleic isomerase was studied. The optimum conditions were as fellows: the proper medium was skim milk, with addition of 1%（V/V） lactose, 1%（（W/V）） （NH₄）₂SO₄, 0.1%（V/V） linoleic acid and 1%（W/V） NaCl. The inoculum volume was 1%（V/V）, and the cultivation period was 36 hrs. Linoleate isomerase activity reached 252.0U·mL under such condition.更多还原
