【Abstract】 Under the various conditions of determination the activities and the relative activities,the stability of modified SOD and natural SOD was compared.The result showed that LASOD is more acidresisting,alkaliresisting and heatresisting than natural SOD,LASOD has higher activity than the natural one in diluted gastric juice on an empty stomach and LASOD is more stable than the natural one.更多还原
