【Abstract】 The tempering process for P91 steel was optimized by means of single-element contrast method, and the effect of tempering temperature and time is analyzed through testing mechanical property and structure analyzing of the samples after heat treatment. The results showed that, the P91 steel through 760 ℃、180 min tempering process got better short-term mechanical property and thin even tempered lath martensite. When the tempering temperature is higher, the microstructure and the property is unusual.更多还原
