回火对国产P91钢组织和性能的影响
Effect of Tempering Process on the Microstructure and Mechanical Property of Domestic P91 Steel
【摘要】 采用单因素比较试验法进行P91钢回火工艺参数的优化 ,研究回火温度和回火时间对力学性能和组织结构的影响 ,结果表明 :P91钢正火后 ,再经 760℃、180min的回火处理 ,获得了良好的力学性能和细小均匀的回火板条马氏体组织 ;回火温度过高会出现组织性能的异常变化。
【Abstract】 The tempering process for P91 steel was optimized by means of single-element contrast method, and the effect of tempering temperature and time is analyzed through testing mechanical property and structure analyzing of the samples after heat treatment. The results showed that, the P91 steel through 760 ℃、180 min tempering process got better short-term mechanical property and thin even tempered lath martensite. When the tempering temperature is higher, the microstructure and the property is unusual.
