数据可视化技术在凝固模拟软件的应用

【摘要】 利用OpenGL技术 ,开发了凝固模拟可视化程序 ,该程序可应用于温度场、流场的图形显示及计算结果的旋转、切割、透视等图形操作 ,数据可视化技术有效地提高了温度场、流场模拟过程的透明度和实时交互性及计算结果的可视化 ,该项技术的应用也必将促进铸造凝固模拟软件的实用化和商品化。

【Abstract】 Based on the OpenGL technology, the program of Data Visualization for solidification was developed to show the simulation results of temperature field and fluid field during solidification, and the operation dealing with the simulation figures such as rotate, cut and perspective. Application of Data Visualization Technology improved the interaction and transparence during the calculation process, and improved the visualization of the calculation results.This technology could prompt the commodity and usability of the casting numerical simulation software.
