7075/SiCp铝基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究
Study on Friction and Wear Property of 7075/SiCp Aluminum Matrix Compsite
【摘要】 为了提高铝合金摩擦磨损性能 ,选用 70 75 /SiCp复合材料 ,采用喷射沉积技术制备试样 ,经热挤压加工 ,并固溶时效处理。经试验 ,随着SiC含量的增加 ,耐磨性提高 ,犁削痕迹变细变浅。抗拉强度为 70 0MPa ,弹性模量E为 95Gpa ,即可满足汽车结构件需求 ,在航空领域亦有应用价值。
【Abstract】 Owing to increasing the friction and wear property of aluminum alloy, by selecting the 7075/SiCp Aluminum matrix composite, adopting the spray technology to make the sample. The result show that the wear-resistant property has been increased with content of SiC, σ b is 700 MPa,elasticity pattern quantity is 95 Gpa, it can meet the request of automobile structure and astronautics.
