【摘要】 介绍 1种简单易用 ,精度、稳定性、抗干扰性、通用性、实时性均较好的金属冷却曲线的计算机测试系统。在数据采集方面 ,采用差分输入 ,在数据处理中采用数字滤波 ,线性拟合技术。试验结果表明 :所测得的数据以及冷却曲线可靠 ,稳定。与传统的测试系统比较 ,这一系统能在规定的被测时间和被测对象的条件下测量出相应的冷却曲线 ,提高通用性 ,同时 ,对热电偶分度表进行多项式线性拟合 ,减小电压 -温度的转换误差。并能直接应用于对多种金属材料凝固冷却曲线的测量更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of universal computer test system for metal cooling curve which can test metal cooling curve with an accurate, steady, interfere resist, rapid mode is introduced. When collecting the data, the difference input stream is adopted. When dealing with data, skills of digital filter wave and linear are adopted. Test shows that temperature data and cooling curve are credible and steady. Comparing with the traditional system, it can flexibly test corresponding cooling curve in condition with metal and time which are defined by operators and convert data of voltage into that of temperature more accurately by using skill of linear fit. The system can directly apply to test cooling curves of familiar metals expediently.更多还原
