液压系统故障模糊综合评价方法的研究

【摘要】 应用模糊综合评价理论方法,通过对液压系统故障相关影响因素排序,把指标集U按某些方式进行分类,按权重大小对液压系统故障进行综合评价,达到可靠、高效判断液压系统故障的目的。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic system possesses special character, so its faults are fuzzy frequently. Even the experts with rich experience must use the "trying disassembling" method to find out faults, which makes diagnose blind. This paper utilizes the Fuzzy Synthetic Judgment; sorts U based on the factors leading to faults and judges synthetically according to weight. Those means can reach the goal to find out faults reliably and effectively.
