智能腰椎治疗仪计算机控制系统的开发
The Development of CNC Intelligent Lumbar Disease Treatment Ins trument
【摘要】 本文介绍了新开发的智能腰椎治疗仪的控制系统。由于计算机数控系统具有可靠、控制功能强和易于使用等特点 ,CNC系统除在机床领域被广泛使用外 ,在其它领域的应用也越来越广泛。重点介绍了实现基于中医传统物理治疗腰椎病的计算机数控智能腰椎治疗仪的控制软件的开发和硬件平台的构建。根据该治疗仪的使用环境和操作人员的专业背景特点 ,本文选择采用“工业计算机 +数控系统”为硬件平台 ,以“VC +PLC +CNC”语言为软件平台构成计算机控制系统 ,控制软件采用模块化结构 ,界面友好 ,具有与其它信号接口的功能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a newly developed intelligent lumbar disease curer’s control syst em was presented. Due to its reliability, versatility and easy to use, CNC systems are not only used in workers of machine tools but also widely used in w orkers of other fields . The main emphasis of this research is to develop flexible prototype sof tware and hardware platform to realize the functions of the lumbar dise ase curer based on the potential of Chinese traditional physical treatment on lu mber diseases.According to the characteristics of this curer used in hospital a nd it is operated by doctors, "IPC+CNC" was selected as hardware platform and "V C langue +PLC code CNC code" as the software platform. The software adopts mod ular design method with friendly human computer interface and can be integrated with other signal.
