【摘要】 从法学教育实践教学的现状调查入手,结合现代教育理念和现代法学教育的特点及实际需求,对法学实践教育进行重新的评价和认识,尝试用全方位的视角,对法学实践教学进行系统的思考和制度设计,在此基础上提出了改革常规法学实践教学模式、实行诊所式教育、发挥法律职业培训的功能和作用等切实可行的实施策略,从而为法学教育的有效改革提供有益理论探讨和实践尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay starts with the present situation of the practical teaching of law education, combining with the theories of modern education and the characters and actual demands of modern legal education, and re-evaluates the legal practical education from a new theoretical point of view and make a systematic model. Then the paper puts forward some practical methods, for example, reforming normal patterns of the legal practical teaching, putting into practice the way of clinic - style education, taking the positive roles of legal profession.
