高校教师素质结构研究
Investigation of Quality College Teachers
【摘要】 加强高校素质教育,关键在于教师素质的培养。本文从五个方面对提高教师素质、构建合理的素质结构进行了深入研究,提出了一些战略性的建议和方法,对21世纪高等学校师资队伍的建设具有现实的意义与作用。
【Abstract】 Quality education lies in the bringing up of teachers’ quality.The paper explores the quality elements in five parts and presents some opinions about them which are essential and important to the 21st century college teachers.
