双头布朗马达定向运动的物理模型
A Physical Model for Two-headed Brownian Motors
【摘要】 基于非平衡态涨落理论和驱动蛋白结构特征 ,建立了双头布朗马达运动的物理模型 ,提出了两头之间相互作用的机制以及布朗马达与轨道相互作用势的三态闪烁形式 .对布朗马达运动暂态过程的计算结果表明 ,当布朗马达与轨道的相互作用势在三态之间闪烁时 ,布朗马达定向运动且运动速度大小依赖于环境温度和三态势之间的跃迁率
【Abstract】 Based on nonequilibrium fluctuation theory and the characteristic of dimeric kinesin,a physical model for two-headed Brownian motors is proposed.The interaction between two heads is put forward.The interaction potential of the Brownian motor and its track is supposed to flash in three states.Unidirected motion of the two-headed Brownian motor is shown by evaluating its temporary process of movement.The movement velocity is dependent on the temperature and the rate of the flashing potential.
