【Abstract】 In this paper, through summarizing and analyzing North’s evolution theory of the new institutional economic history system and general model, the author sums up his achievement in this respect. With regard to this theory, though North obtained great achievement, still there exist some important problems that are not solved. Such problems restrict the understanding of the form of this theory to the general rule of the system evolution, as well as bring difficulties to its being put on main economy.更多还原
