【摘要】 20世纪50年代廉洁党风的形成,是多种社会历史条件综合作用的结果,主要包括:那时全党依然保持着战争年代的思想风貌;毛泽东等开国元勋的言传身教;计划经济体制的影响;连绵不断的政治运动的制约等。深入探讨这一问题,能够使我们从历史中得到有益的启示,其中最主要的一条就是主观自觉与客观制约、思想道德教育与民主法制建设相辅相成、缺一不可,后者是根本。这些历史经验对于今天的党风和廉政建设很有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The form of honest Party conduct in 1950s was the result of multi - action of many social and historic conditions, it mainly included: the Party still kept the thought of war time; the instruction and examples of Mao Zedong and other founders of the country; the influence of planning economy system; the limitation of a serious politic movements. It will make us draw useful inspiration from the history to deeply investigate these questions, among which the most important one is subjective consciousness and objective limitation, the ideological and moral education and the establishment of democratic legality complement each other with later as the foundation.
