对脱臭馏出物中脂肪酸甲酯化反应的研究
Methyl Esterification of Fatty Acid in Deodorizer Distillate
【摘要】 对油脂脱臭馏出物中的脂肪酸采用强酸性树脂催化甲酯化反应。对反应条件进行单因素分析和正交实验 ,随后进行了极差分析 ,确定了反应的最佳控制参数。实验表明 ,强酸性树脂对脂肪酸甲酯化反应有着很好的催化效果。甲酯化率 97 9% ,VE 保留率 94 %。
【Abstract】 A series of experiments about methyl esterification of fatty acid in deodorizer distillate were carried out,which was catalyzed by the strongly acidic cationic exchange resin.In order to get optimal operating parameters,the single-factor,orthogonal experiments were undertaken.The results show that strongly acidic cationic exchange resin has perfect effect on catalyzing methyl esterification of fatty acid in deodorizer distillate.Esterification rate is up to 97.9% and V_E retention rate is 94%.
