【摘要】 测定了 6个品系转Bt基因抗虫棉棉籽仁中蛋白质、粗脂肪、脂肪酸的含量。所测样品中蛋白质、粗脂肪的平均含量分别为 4 1 80 %和 31 72 % ,样品所含主要脂肪酸为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸。其中亚油酸的相对含量最高 ,为 5 9 6 5 %～ 6 3 2 6 %。与常规棉籽仁的营养成分进行了对比 ,结果表明 ,脂肪酸组成一致 ,相应组分含量相近 ,蛋白质含量低于常规棉籽仁 ,粗脂肪含量高于常规棉籽仁 ,但总体差异不显著更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of protein,crude fat and fatty acids in transgenic Bt cotton seeds of 6 strains were determined.The average contents of protein and crude fat were 41 80% and 31.72%,respectively.The fatty acids are mainly composed of the palmitic acid,the oleic acid and the linoleic acid.Among them,the linoleic acid content can be up to 59 65%～63 26% The results of comparison with common cottonseed indicate that there are no significant difference in contents of nutritional ingredients between the test group and the control group.更多还原
