【Abstract】 Conjugated linoleic acids(CLA) are the floorboard of a series of position and geometry isomers,and the active isomers have many important physiological function,thus have attracted more and more attention in recent years.The major physiological function,microbial strains for CLA biosynthesis,the key enzymes in biosynthesis pathways,some chemical methods used now for CLA synthesis,as well as the purification and determination of CLA were summarized in this paper.更多还原
