钼酸铵分光光度法测定葡萄籽提取物中的原花青素
Determination of Oligomeric Procyanidins in Grape Seeds Extract by Ammonium Molybdate Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 提出了测定原花青素的新方法 ,它是基于原花青素与钼酸铵在弱酸性介质中反应生成黄色钼酸酯 ,反应产物在 333nm波长处具有最大吸收。该方法的线性范围为 5~ 110 μg/mL ,相对标准偏差 (RSD) 1 1%~ 1 3% ,回收率为 97 8%~ 10 2 5 % ,相关系数r=0 9995 ,检出限为 2 7μg/mL
【Abstract】 A new method for determining oligomeric procyan idi ns by Ammonium molybdate Spectrophotometry was studied,This basis is oligomeric procyanidins could react with Ammonium molybdate and the yellow ester molybdate would be presented in weak acid solution,The linear region was 5~110μg/mL RSD =1.1%~1.3% and the recovery is 97 8%~102 5%,When the method is applied to determine oligomeric procyanidins,It can obtain good result.
