【摘要】 为探讨活络止痛膏的抗炎镇痛活血作用 ,分别取健康昆明种小鼠和Wister大鼠随机分为 4组 ,即赋形剂对照组、阳性对照组和活络止痛膏高、低剂量组 ,分别外用凡士林膏、通络祛痛膏、活络止痛膏高剂量 (每公斤含生药 70g)、低剂量 (每公斤含生药35g)。采用了小鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀法、大鼠足跖蛋清肿胀法、小鼠醋酸扭体法、小鼠热板法、小鼠腹腔血瘀证模型羊红细胞测定法等进行实验观察。结果显示 ,活络止痛膏高、低剂量对小鼠耳廓二甲苯所致肿胀均具有明显抑制作用 ;高、低剂量均对蛋清诱导的大鼠足跖炎症具有较好的抑制作用 ;对醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体反应为指标的疼痛具有明显的抑制作用 ;对热板法致痛具有明显的抑制作用 ;可明显促进血瘀证模型体内羊红细胞的吸收 ,具有良好的活血化瘀作用 ,表明活络止痛膏具有良好的抗炎镇痛和活血化瘀作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and blood-circulation-activating effect of "HUO LUO ZHI TONG GAO" (HLZTG, a TCD plaster for activating collaterals and stopping pains), healthy Kunming mice and Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups: the excipient control (EC), the positive control (PC), and two HLZTG groups for high dose (HD) and low dose (LD), respectively; EC and PC groups were treated by externally-applied vaseline and by "TONG LUO QU TONG GAO" (a TCD plaster for dredging collaterals and eliminating pains), respectively, and the two HLZTG groups were treated by HD (70 g of crude drugs/kg) and LD (35 g of crude drugs/kg) of HLZTG, respectively; and the therapeutic effects of all groups were experimented and observed by: ①xylol-induced mouse ear edema; ②egg-white-induced rat planta edema; ③acetic-acid-induced mouse body twisting; ④mouse hot plate method; and ⑤goast red cells counting in mouse models of abdominal blood stasis. The results showed that both of HD and HD of HLZTG functioned to inhibit: ①xylol-induced mouse ear edema; ②egg-white-induced rat planta swellings; ③acetic-acid-induced mouse body twisting reactions; and ④hot-plate-induced mouse pain reaction; both of HD and HD of HLZTG could promote the goast red cells absorption in mouse models of abdominal blood stasis and have a good blood-circulation-activating and blood-stasis-eliminating effect, suggesting that HLZTG has a good anti-inflammatory, analgesic, blood-circulation-activating and blood-stasis-eliminating effect.更多还原
