【摘要】 为验证具有祛邪通痹、益肾养血作用的强脊汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果 ,探讨其作用机理 ,分别进行了临床观察和实验研究。临床观察结果表明其有效率达 94 .5 5 % ,与对照药益肾蠲痹丸比较 ,具有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。表明强脊汤具有显著的抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环与血液流变学、调节机体免疫能力的作用。认为强脊汤是治疗强直性脊椎炎的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical therapeutic effect of "QIANGJI TANG" (QJT, a TCD Spine-Strengthening Decoction) on ankylosing spondylitis were verified through clinical observations, and the action mechanism of QJT was studied through experiments. QJT has a "QUXIE TONGBI" (pathogenic-factor-eliminating and blood-Qi-stagnation-removing) and "YISHEN YANGXUE" (kidneys-supplementing and blood-nourishing) function. The results of the clinical observations showed that the effective rate of QJT reached 94.55 % with a very significant difference from the control drug "YISHEN JUANBI WAN" (a TCD pills for supplementing the kidneys and removing blood-qi stagnation) (P < 0.01), suggesting that QJT has a remarkable function to resist the inflammations, stop the pains, improve the microcirculation and the blood rheology and regulate the immunity of the body. It is believed to be the effective drug for ankylosing spondylitis.更多还原
