MRI诊断非出血性脑弥漫性轴索损伤的临床价值

【摘要】 目的 :探讨MRI对非出血性脑弥漫性轴索损伤的临床应用价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 3 6例非出血性脑弥漫性轴索损伤的MRI资料。结果 :全部病例行CT和MRI检查。 3 6例非出血性挫伤灶中 ,位于胼胝体 16例 ,脑干 8例 ,小脑蚓部 2例 ,放射冠 8例 ,内囊 4例 ,额、颞叶 2 0例。CT扫描仅 2例 ( 5 .6% )显示出低密度灶。MRIT1WI均呈等或略低信号 ,T2WI呈高信号。结论 :MRI是诊断非出血性脑弥漫性轴索损伤最佳的影像学手段 ,对临床正确诊断本病具有重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Purpose: To study the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of non hemorrhagic diffuse axonal brain injury. Materials and Methods: The MRI findings of 36 patients with non hemorrhagic diffuse axonal brain injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All patients examined with CT and MRI were reviewed. The lesions were located in corpus callosum in 16 cases, brain stem in 8 cases, vermis of cerebellum in 2 cases, corona rediata in 8 cases, internal capsule in 4 cases and lobes of cerebrum in 20 cases. 2(5.6%)cases showed low density on CT images. In all 36 cases, MRI showed isointense or slight hypointense singal on T1WI and hyperintense singal on T2WI. Conclusion: MRI is the best tool in diagnosis of the non hemorrhagic diffuse axonal brain injury. It is considered valuable for improving the diagnostic accuracy of the lesions.
