【摘要】 目的 :探讨高频超声检查膝关节的临床价值。材料和方法 :在离体肢体超声观察的基础上 ,研究 3 0例正常健康人膝关节 ,并在此基础上应用于 3 6例患者。结果 :应用合适手法 ,高频超声能清晰显示膝关节及其附属结构 ,并能清晰显示半月板损伤 ,髌韧带及交叉韧带撕裂。结论 :超声是评价膝关节无创性的简便、实用方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate the sonographic features of the knee. Materials and Methods: Knees of four limb specimen, of 30 healthy persons and of 36 peintes were examined using high frequency ultrasound (7 10MHz). Results: The normal and altered anatomy of the knee and accessary structure were revealed clearly, especially in those with trauma on meniscus, patellar ligament and cruciate ligament. Conclusion: High frequency ultrasound is an useful and simple method for imaging the knee.更多还原
