【摘要】 目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法 :所有入选病例均给予辅酶Q10 、维生素C及GIK极化液 ,无禁忌证者同时给予 β受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂及对症治疗 ,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用中药黄芪注射液及玉丹荣心丸 ,观察治疗前及治疗后 1月心肌酶复常率及 3月临床症状、动态心电图、超声心动图的变化。结果 :治疗组与对照组治疗后心肌酶复常率、临床症状改善、心律失常减少、左室舒张末内径缩小均明显改善。结论 :采用中西医结合疗法是治疗VMC的有效途径之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine on viral myocarditis.Methods:All patients treated with coenzyme Q10,vitamin C ,and GIK. B-blocker, calcium antagonist and conventional therapies were added if no contraindication existe. Huangqi and Yudan Rongxin were added in treatmend group,. The observed indices included symptom, Holter test, UCG, CK. Results:Compared with treatment group, control group had higher morbidity of arrhythmia,symptom,CK, and LVEDD. Conclusion:We can treat viral myocarditis effectively by using Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine.更多还原
