胸痹通胶囊对大鼠缺血心肌保护作用的研究
Study on the Protective Effect of Xiongbitong Capsule in Rats with Myocardial Ischemia
【摘要】 目的 :探讨胸痹通胶囊(XBTC)对大鼠急性缺血心肌的保护作用机制。方法 :将大鼠随机分为 3组 ,空白对照组 (A组 )、模型对照组 (B组 )、模型治疗组 (C组 ) ,制作异丙基肾上腺素性心肌缺血模型 ,测定各组大鼠血浆中超氧化物歧化酶总活性(T -SOD)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、前列环素 (PGI2 )的中间代谢产物 (TXB2 、6-Keto -PGF1a)、血浆内皮素 (ET)、血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、心肌心钠素 (ANF)及心肌ATP酶活性等的活性 ,并进行组间比较。结果 :心肌缺血 (模型对照组 )大鼠血浆T -SOD活性降低 ,TXB2 、ET含量增加 ,6-Keto -PGF1a、CGRP减少 ,心肌ANF减少 ,ATP酶活性降低。而模型治疗组 (胸痹通组 )上述变化则明显改善。结论 :XBTC可通过提高SOD、ATP酶的活性以及纠正缺血时血管活性物质的释放而发挥心肌保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective mechanism of XBT capsule in the rats with myocardial ischemia. Methods:The myocardial ischemia rat models were established with isopropylarterenol. Total activity of superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)、the contents of TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1a (medial metabolism products of TXA 2 and PGI 2)、The level of endothelin(ET)、calcitionin gene related peptide(CGRP)、cardionatrin in plasma and the activity of ATPase in myocardial were measured. Results:In the model control group, the activity T-SOD in the plasma lowered, the plasma levels of TXB 2 and ET were increased. The contents of ANF、CGRP and 6-Keto-PGF 1a decreased. The activity of ATPase in myocardial lowered, While in the model treat group(treated with XBTC), all these measures were obviously better than those in the control group respectively. Conclusion:XBTC had a significant protective effect on myocardial ischemia and the protective effect might associated with its effects of enhancing the activity of SOD and ATPase and rectifying the release of vasoactive substances.
