【摘要】 目的 :探讨龙芪如意益脑液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效与作用机制。方法 :采用随机分组双盲法 ,设治疗组与安慰剂对照组 ,共治疗观察 15 8例经头颅CT或MRI证实的脑梗死病人 ,治疗前后监测血脂、动脉硬化指数、血黏度、血小板聚集功能、性激素 (血清睾酮、雌二醇 )及血浆超氧化物歧化酶等实验指标。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率和显效率与安慰剂组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,实验室各项检查指标改变亦有统计学意义。结论 :龙芪如意益脑液治疗脑梗死临床治疗效果满意 ,且无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and the mechanism of Longqi Ruyi Yinaoye in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods:158 patients with cerebral infarction who were diagnosed by CT or MRI were enrolled into the double-blind, randomized controlled study. They were randomly divided into Longqi Ruyi group and placebo group. Blood fat, arteriosclerosis index, blood viscosity, platelet aggregation, sex hormone (blood serum testosterone and estradiol) and blood plasma superoxide dismutase were measured before and after the therapy. Results:The clinical total effective rate and the apparent effective rate of Longqi group was distinctly higher than those of the placebo group (P<0.01). All the changes of examined indices were meaningful in statistics. Conclusion:Longqi Ruyi Yinaoye had satisfied clinical curative effect in treatment of cerebral infarction and had no toxin side effect.更多还原
