【摘要】 目的 :观察益心胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲双模拟对照的方法。观察组口服益心胶囊每次 4粒 ,模拟心可舒片每次4片 ,每日 3次 ,餐后 3 0min服用 ;对照组口服心可舒片每次 4片 ,模拟益心胶囊每次 4粒 ,每日3次 ,餐后 3 0min服用。 4周为一疗程。结果 :益心胶囊对心绞痛的总有效率为 90 % ,疗效明显优于对照组 ;对心电图改善的总有效率为 60 % ,治疗组疗效与对照组比较无统计学意义。结论 :益心胶囊可有效地缓解心绞痛症状 ,该药是纯中药制剂 ,服用方便 ,疗效确切 ,无毒副作用 ,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety rate of coronary angina pectoris treated by Yi Xin capsule.Methods:The model of double blind and double simulation and contrast were used.Yi Xin capsule 4T tidpo after meal 30 min to similate Xin Ke Shu tablet. Xin Ke Shu tablet 4T tidpo after meal 30 min to similate Yi Xin capsule.4 weeks was a course of treatment.Results: Yi Xin capsule had 90% total effective rate to angina pectoris.Curative effect was evident better than contrast group.The total effective rate was 60% to improve electrocardiogram.The difference of treatment group and contrast group had no statistics meaning.Conclusion: Yi Xin capsule could remit the symptom of angina pectoris.It was pure Chinese herb and convenient to take.It had definite curative effect.It had no toxic and negative action.
