心安颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎及对实验小鼠免疫功能影响的观察
Clinical Observation of VMC Treated by Xin An Grain and Effect on Immune Function of Experiment Mouse
【摘要】 目的 :观察心安颗粒对VMC的治疗疗效及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :纳入符合标准VMC病人90例 ,随机按 2∶1分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服用心安颗粒每次 1包 ,每日 3次 ,对照组服用黄芪精口服液每次 10ml,每日 3次。 7d为 1疗程 ,连续 2个疗程 ,观察心电图及心肌酶改善情况。用心安颗粒混悬液 0 .3ml/10g、0 .15ml/10 g和黄芪精口服液 0 .3ml/10 g、生理盐水 0 .3ml/10g分别给四组实验小鼠灌胃给药 ,连续 14d后观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ;另上述液体连续给另外四组实验小鼠连续灌胃给药 7d后观察由PHA诱导的淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :临床观察发现治疗组与对照组在临床疗效、心电图改善、心肌酶下降方面有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。实验证明心安颗粒可增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数 ,明显促进淋巴细胞的转化。结论 :心安颗粒能明显提高VMC的治疗有效率 ,且具有增强免疫功能的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe curative effect of Xin An grain on VMC and effect on immune function of mouse.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided in two groups of treatment group and control group in 2:1.Treatment group took Xin An grain 1 pocket Tidpo.Contrast group took oral liquids of Huangqi jing 10ml Tidpo. 7 days were a course of treatment.To observe electrocardiogram and enzyme of myocardium after 2 course of treatment.4 groups of experiment mice were given respectively with suspension of Xi An grain in 0.3 ml/10 g,0.15 ml/10 g,Huangqi jing 0.3 ml/10 g,0.9%NS 0.3 ml/10 g.To observe phagocytic function of celiac mackophage after 14 days.To observe transformation rate of lymphocyte induced by PHA after 7 days in other 4 groups.Results:Treatment group and control group had statistics differece in clinical curative effect,electrocardiogram information and enzyme of myocardium decreasing in clinical observation(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Experiment proved that phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of celiac macrophage could be increased,transformation of lymphocyte could be increased by Xin An grain.Conclusion:Effective rate of treatment could be increased obviously by Xin An grain.Xin An grain had the action of strengthening immune function.
