【摘要】 目的 :从细胞介导免疫探讨养阴清心口服液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的作用及临床研究。方法 :将急性病毒性心肌炎病人随机分为治疗组 5 0例服养阴清心口服液 ,对照组 15例服维生素C和肌苷。从临床症状、心电图、T细胞亚群、NK细胞和IgM等方面观察该药的作用机制。结果 :在总疗效、症状疗效、心电图疗效方面 ,治疗组均明显优于对照组。CD4 /CD8的比值 ,治疗组较治疗前有明显下降。CD4 值治疗前后无明显差异。CD8值较治疗前明显上升。治疗组治疗后NK值较治疗前增加 ,而对照组在治疗后NK值无明显变化。治疗组治疗后IgM转阴率较高。结论 :临床研究证明 ,养阴清心口服液在临床疗效和心电图改善及免疫指标—T细胞亚群 (CD4 /CD8)降低、NK细胞值升高及IgM转阴等方面 ,通过发挥免疫调节功能而起到治疗病毒性心肌炎的作用 ,为当前治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的较佳选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The clinical study on the acute viral myocarditis treatment from cell’s medi-immunity with Yang-Yin-Qing-Xin(YYQX) oral liquid.Methods:The viral myocarditis patients were divided in 2 groups at random,50 ones in treatment group which took orally with YYQX oral liquid,15 ones in contrast group which only took orally with Vitamin C and CR.The oral liquid’s function was observed through clinical symptom,cardiogram,T-cell subgroup,NK cell and IgM et al.Results:From the chief curative effect,the clinical recovery rate and the cardiogram it is obvious that the treatment group excels the contrast group.The ratio of CD 4/CD 8 of the treatment group drops distinctly from non-treatment.The value of CD 4 is on big difference after treatment,but the value of CD 8 is obviously higher after treatment.The value of NK of the treatment group increased,but there is no big difference for the contrast group.In the treatment group ,the rate of IgM changed to negative is obvious.Conclusion:The clinical study proves that the YYQX oral liquid exerts immunity modulation function on the clinical effect,cardiogram improvement,and immunity index-T-cell subgroup(CD 4/CD 8) decreasing,the increasing of NK cell value,IgM turning negative.It can cure the viral myocarditis and is a good choice to acute viral myocarditis in current.更多还原
