舒络对LPC致基底动脉环收缩反应的影响
Effects of Shuluo (舒络) on vasoconstrictor responsiveness of dog basilar artery induceded by lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC)
【摘要】 目的 :研究溶血磷脂酰胆碱 (LPC)对狗脑基底动脉环收缩的影响及舒络的保护作用。方法 :通过描记犬基底动脉环的张力变化 ,测定LPC对基底动脉环收缩的影响。结果 :LPC能剂量依赖性 ( 1× 10 9~ 1× 10 3 mol/L)促进基底动脉环收缩 ,在 1×10 5mol/L时收缩达最大 ,为 ( 13 3 .0± 11) %。舒络能剂量依赖性地减弱LPC诱导的狗脑基底动脉环收缩。结论 :舒络能拮抗LPC诱导的狗脑基底动脉环收缩。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of LPC on contractile responsiveness of dog basilar artery and the protection of Shuluo. Methods: The isolated basilar artery preparations were used to record change of tension induced by LPC or/and Shuluo. Results: The contractile responsiveness induced by LPC (1×10 -5 mol/L) can obviously higher than that induced by LPC in a dose-dependent manner, at concentration from 1×10 -9 mol/L to 1×10 -3 mol/L. Shuluo inhibited the contractile responsiveness of dog basilar artery induced by LPC in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions: Shuluo could inhibit the contractile responsiveness of dog basilar artery induced by LPC.
