【摘要】 目的 :研究定志小丸对不同模型鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法 :用东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠、乙醇分别造成小鼠获得性、巩固性和再现性记忆缺损 ,D 半乳糖诱导亚急性衰老小鼠、自然老龄小鼠和大鼠学习记忆功能低下等模型 ,采取跳台法和电迷宫法观察定志小丸的改善作用。结果 :定志小丸对化学药物所致小鼠学习记忆障碍模型有明显的改善作用 ,对D 半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠学习记忆功能减退和老龄鼠学习记忆功能低下均有明显的增强作用。结论 :定志小丸可能通过多环节、多途径改善记忆损伤模型动物和衰老模型动物的学习记忆功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate effects of Dingzhi Pill on ability of learning and memory in animal model. Methods: Observe the effects of Dingzhi Pill on mice with learning and memory disorders induced by chemical drugs like scopolamine, sodium nitrite and ethyl alcohol, senile mice with subacute disorders induced by D-galactose as well as natural aged mice and rats the same disorders. Step down test and Electric maze was used in animal experiment. Results: Dingzhi Pill shows obvious improvements in intelligence on the mice with learning and memory disorders induced by chemical drugs or enhancements on senile mice and rats. Conclusion: Dingzhi Pill could improve the ability of learning and memory on the animal model through multiple ways.更多还原
