【摘要】 目的 :观察厚朴滴丸和胶丸镇痛作用的量效及时效关系。方法 :冰乙酸小鼠扭体法。结果 :厚朴滴丸和胶丸的镇痛最佳剂量均 0 .15 g/kg ,黄连素为 0 .2 2 5g/kg ,三药的扭体次数抑制率分别为 75 .0 %、65 .8%和 77.5 % ;厚朴滴丸和胶丸给药后 10分钟起效 ,黄连素为 2 0分钟 ,三药镇痛药效均能持续至给药后 160分钟。结论 :厚朴滴丸和胶丸镇痛作用具有用量少 ,见效快 ,持续久的特点 ,在减少用药剂量和加快起效时间上优于黄连素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe dose effect and time effect of two preparations of Houpu Pill (drop pill and capsule) and compare them with those of berberine. Method: To establish mice pain model with glacial acetic acid and then test drugs’ analgesia effects through counting times of mice body torsion. Results: The best analgesia dose of Houpu drop pill and capsule was 0.15g/kg. It was 0.225g/kg in berberine group. The rates of three drugs in inhibiting mice body torsion were 75.0%, 65.8% and 77.5% respectively. Houpu drop pill and capsule started to effect in 10 minutes after administration. Berberine did in 20 minutes after administration. The effects of three drugs lasted for 160 minutes after administration. Conclusion: Houpu drop pill and capsule had the characteristics of small administration dose, quick and persistent effect in analgesia. It was superior to berberine in decreasing administration dose and shortening effect time.更多还原
