【摘要】 目的 :研究柴黄片的抗炎、抗过敏、抗菌作用。方法 :用醋酸诱发腹腔毛细血管通透性增加小鼠模型研究抗炎作用 ,用小鼠耳异种被动皮肤过敏反应研究抗过敏作用 ,用血清药理学方法观察抗菌作用。结果 :柴黄片能减少醋酸诱发小鼠腹腔蛋白的渗出量 ,明显抑制小鼠I型超敏反应发生时的毛细胞血管通透性增加 ,抑制革兰氏阴性 (G )菌的生长。结论 :柴黄片有抗炎、抗过敏作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the antiinflammatory, antihypersensitivity and antibacterial effects of Chaihuang Tablet. Methods: The mouse abdomen capillary permeability increase model induced by acetic acid was used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect, the mouse ear skin passive anaphylaxis was used to investigate the anti-hypersensitivity effect, and serum pharmacology method were used to investigate the antibacterial effect of Chaihuang Tablet. Results: Chaihuang Tablet effectively depressed the increase of capillary permeability in the mouse peritonitis induced by acetic acid and the mouse ear swelling in I type hypersensitivity. Also, Chaihuang Tablet had obvious antibacterial activity on Grams negative bacteria. Conclusions: Chaihuang Tablet has obvious antiinflammatory and antihypersensitivity effect. It also has evident antibacterial activity against G - bacteria.更多还原
