【摘要】 目的 :研究“脾虚”和经补中益气汤治疗后的大鼠胃壁细胞胃泌素受体的变化。方法 :放射配基受体结合分析法。结果 :虽然“脾虚”大鼠胃壁细胞胃泌素受体的结合位点数低于正常大鼠 ,但其亲和力高于正常大鼠。经补中益气汤治疗后对其具有复健作用。结论 :胃泌素受体的结合位点数显著减少 ,可能导致脾虚大鼠胃黏膜的防御性下降 ;而亲和力显著增高可能是黏膜对攻击因子的敏感性增强的机制之一。补中益气汤通过调节胃泌素受体对脾虚具有复健作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of buzhong yiqi tang on the gastrin receptors in the gastric parietal cells in rat with deficiency of the spleen. Methods: Gastrin receptors were analyzed in gastric parietal cells preparations using I-labeled 15-Leu-gastrin-17 as label. Results: A significant decrease in the number of gastrin receptors (Bmax), while a significant increase in the gastrin receptor affinity in rats with deficiency of the spleen. After treated by buzhong yiqi tang the condition reversed. Conclusion: Buzhong yiqi tang can increase the number of gastrin receptors (Bmax), decrease the gastrin receptor affinity in rats with deficiency of the spleen.更多还原
