【摘要】 目的 :对红药片的抗炎镇痛作用进行实验研究。方法 :以皮下注射蛋清造成大鼠足跖肿胀 ,以二甲苯造成小鼠耳肿胀和毛细血管通透性增加 ,以大鼠皮下注射琼脂造成肉芽肿模型 ,以热板法和醋酸法造成小鼠疼痛模型。结果 :红药片对蛋清所致的大鼠足肿胀、二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀和耳廓毛细管通透性增加、对大鼠琼脂肉芽肿的生成均有显著的抑制作用 ;对热板所致小鼠疼痛和醋酸所致的小鼠扭体均有显著的抑制作用。结论 :红药片具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the anti inflammatory and analgesia actions of Hongyao tablet. Methods: Causing inflammation in rats’ feet by injecting egg white, Causing inflammation in mice’s ears by dimethylbenzene. Causing rats’ granuloma by injecting agar in subcutaneous layer. Causing pain by hot plate and acetic acid. Results: Hongyao tablet has the inhibitory actions for inflammation in rats’ feet causing by egg white and in mice’s ears causing by dimethylbenzene, for the increasing of permeability of capillary in mice’s ears by dimethylbenzene, for rats’ granuloma by injecting agar, and for pain causing by hot plate and acetic acid. Conclusion: Hongyao tablet has remarkable actions of anti inflammation and analyesia.更多还原
