【摘要】 目的 探讨角膜缘穿刺联合粘弹剂在角膜裂伤超过24h未手术者修复术中的意义。方法 选择垂直于角膜伤口的角膜缘穿刺并经此前房内注入粘弹剂以分离前粘虹膜。结果76例患者中术后瞳孔圆形或接近圆形或近梨形63例,占82.0％。结论 角膜缘穿刺联合粘弹剂在角膜裂伤修复术中可有效的保护眼部组织,便于手术操作,有利于虹膜复位,且能保持前房相对稳定。明显减少因手术操作所带来的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objeetve To study the effect of keratonyxis and viscoelastics in surgical repair of the ke-ratorrhexis. Methods Viscoelastics have been injected into anteror chamber, through the open ker-atonyxis, to keep the deepth of the anterior chamble and detach the iris. Results 82. 0% patients have round or approximate round pupil after beening surgened in all of 76 patients. Conclutions The methed can effectively deal with the iris, to keep the relative stablity of the anterior chamble and protect the ophthalmic tissue, and reduce complications.更多还原
