【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声 (CDFI)对睾丸扭转的诊断价值。方法　分析 7例睾丸扭转患者的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果　 7例中 ,6例诊断为睾丸扭转 ,CDFI显示睾丸血流减少或消失 ;1例因睾丸血流增多而误诊急性睾丸炎。结论　病变侧睾丸血流减少是诊断睾丸扭转的敏感指标 ;病变侧睾丸血流消失是诊断睾丸扭转的可靠指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of testicle torsion. Methods The ultrasound findings of 7 cases with testicle torsion were analysed. Results 6 cases were diagnosed testicle torsion of which testicle blood flow were reduced or disappearanced.1 case was diagnosed acute testitis because its testicle blood flow was increased. Conclusions Disappearance of testicle blood flow was a reliable index for torsion of testis.Reduced blood flow in the testis was another sensitive index for diagnosis. [更多还原
