【摘要】 目的　改良与制备高质量的精子培养液用于辅助生育技术中对精子的处理 ;方法　在前瞻性研究的基础上 ,进行对培养液的改良和筛选 ,观察其对精子动力学的影响 ,比较研究出最佳配方 ,并应用于临床 ;结果　使用改良与制备的人类精子培养液 (L10 8培养液 ) ,经体外实验观察 ,其培养后的精子活动指标 ,实验组显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;应用于辅助生育技术中宫腔内人工授精 (IUI)之精子的处理时 ,行IUI 2 0 0例 6 4 1周期 ,其中A组 (实验组 ) 10 0例 314周期 ,妊娠 34例 ,妊娠率为 34% ,周期妊娠率为 10 .8% ;B组 (对照组 ) 10 0例 32 7周期 ,妊娠 2 5例 ,妊娠率为 2 5 % ,周期妊娠率为 7.6 %。A、B两组效果差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论　L10 8培养液较之传统培养液 (对照组 ) ,其临床效果显著增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Modify and produce a high quality sperm culture-medium to pre-manage sperm in assisted reproductive technology (ART).Methods: Base on pre-study results,we modifed different culture-medium and observed its effect on sperum-dynamics, selected best formula and applied in ART. Results: In vitro sperm active index was significant be improved in experiment group applying modified sperm culture-medium(L108) than the control (P<0.05),comparison effect of different culture-medium on pre-management of sperm for intrauterine insemination (IUI),there were total 641 IUIcycles in 200 cases. Thirty-four patients became pregnancy in 314 IUI cycles of 100 cases of group A (experment group),the total pregnant rate was 34% and pre-cycle pregnant rate was 10.8% in group A.There were 25 pregnancy in 327 IUI cycles of 100 cases in group B (control group),the total and per-cycle pregnant rate were 25% and 7.6%. There was significant different effect between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:L108 culture-medium has obvious improvement effect on sperm activity than traditional culture-medium(the control).更多还原
