缺乏白细胞共同抗原基因对神经营养质受体的影响
Effect of deficient leukocyte common antigen gene on neurotrophin recptor
【摘要】 我们利用逆转录多聚酶链式反应技术 (RT -PCR) ,研究了酪氨激酶受体 (神经营养质受体 )A(TrkA) ,B(TrkB) ,C(TrKC)和低亲合性神经营养质受体P75其mRNA在白细胞共同抗原基因野生型 (LCAR +/ +)和缺陷型 (LCAE - / - )小鼠神经系统不同区域的变化。结果表明 ,在LCAR - / -小鼠中 ,TrkA其mRNA在成年鼠的海马区域内显著升高。TrkC其mRNA无显著变化。P75其mRNA在脊髓中显著升高。这些结果表明缺乏白细胞共同抗原基因会影响神经营养质受体的变化。
【Abstract】 We study focuses on the elucidating whether change expression of protein tyrosine kinase receptor(neurotrophin receptor), such as Trk A,Trk B,Trk C and low affinity neurotrophin receptor P 75 in different brain tissues of leukocyte common antigen related receptor wild type(LCAR+/+). and deficient mice(LCAR-/-) using reverse transcription-Polymerase chanin reaction(RT-PCR). The results indicated that, in LCAR-/-mice,Trk A mRNA levels were decreased in whole brain at newborn mice and the adult hippocampus.Trk B mRNA was increased in adult hippocampus. No significant change was found for Trk C mRNA levels in the adult brain. P 75 mRNA levels were increased only in the adult spinal cord. These observations demonstrated that LCAR could effect on the change of neurotrophin receptor.
