【摘要】 对徐州地区 1997～ 2 0 0 1年围产儿出生缺陷监测资料分析。结果提示 :5年监测围产儿 2 6 5 4 3例 ,围产儿死亡 2 89例 ,死亡率 10 .89‰ ;出生缺陷 187例 ,出生缺陷发生率 7.0 5‰。共查出 4 1种出生缺陷 ,其中前 5位出生缺陷依次为 :肢体短缩、先天性脑积水、脊柱裂、唇裂合并腭裂、先天性心脏病。提示要加强优生优育知识的普及 ;提高婚检质量 ;开展产前诊断 ;遗传咨询 ;以提高人口素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyse the birth defects of perinatal newbornin Xuzhou area from 1997 to 2001. 26543 cases were monitored in the five years,and 289 cases were dead, The stillbirth rate was 10.89‰. There were birth defect cases in 187 cases. The incidence rate of birth defects were 7.05‰, 41 sorts of different birth defects had been found. The higher incidence cases of birth defects were limbs shortness, congenital hydrocephalus, spine cleft, cleft lip palate, congenital cardiopathy. These indicated it is inportant improving birth outcome and child development, carrying out prenatal diagnosis and genetic counselling to improve population quality.更多还原
