【摘要】 目的　探访接受IVF -ET治疗后临床妊娠患者不同妊娠胎数的妊娠结局。方法　 1999年 7月至 2 0 0 1年 10月来我院生殖中心接受IVF -ET治疗后获得临床妊娠的患者 2 5 9例 ,使用电话等方式进行随访 ,监测其妊娠状况直至分娩。比较单胎与多胎妊娠的妊娠结局及围产期情况。结果　单胎妊娠 184例 ,流产 2 3例 ,流产率 12 5 % ,双胎妊娠 6 2例 ,流产 18例 ,其中 2胎流产 1胎 9例 ,流产率 2 9 0 % ,三胎妊娠 13例 ,流产 5例 ,其中 3胎流产 1胎 3例 ,3胎流产 2胎 1例 ,流产率38 5 %。单胎妊娠早期流产率 11 4 % ,晚期流产率 1 1%。单胎妊娠早产率 2 7% ,剖宫产率 13 5 % ,围产儿死亡率 0 6 % ;多胎妊娠早产率 5 2 7% ,剖宫产率 70 % ,围产儿死亡率 7 8%。结论　妊娠胎数与不良妊娠结局有相关性 ,随着妊娠胎数增加 ,流产以及部分胎儿丢失的风险随之增加 ;多胎妊娠早产率、剖宫产率及围产儿死亡率明显高于单胎妊娠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the correlation between the numbers of fetus pregnant women conceived and abortion.Methods:216 cases clinical pregnant women from July,1999 to December,2001 were studied.They were all suffered with IVF-ET.We monitored their variance from pregnancy to delivery by telephone.Then summarized and analyzed the recorders of abortion.Results:23 cases of 184 cases(23/184,12.5%)that are single pregnancy become abortive.There are 62 cases twin pregnancy,3 cases lost one fetus,and 1 case lost two fetuses. The total abortive rate 29.0%.In 13 cases triplet pregnancies,3 cases lost one fetus,1 cases lost two fetus.Conclusions:There are associations between the numbers of fetus and side outcome of pregnancy.The more fetus pregnant women conceived the more risk become abortive or lost part fetus and premature deliveries.更多还原
