熔体过热处理对铸造镍基高温合金吸氮行为的影响
Effect of melt-superheating treatment on nitrogen-absorption behavior in cast nickel-base superalloy
【摘要】 研究了不同温度的熔体过热处理对M96 3合金吸氮行为的影响。结果表明 :在 16 0 0~ 16 5 0℃进行熔体过热处理 ,合金中的氮含量因精炼作用而略有降低 ;但当过热温度达到 170 0℃时 ,由于熔体结构的变化而使合金开始吸氮 ;当过热温度达到 185 0℃时 ,合金中的氮含量由原来的 0 .0 0 0 6 % (质量分数 )急剧增加到 0 .0 0 47%(质量分数 )。
【Abstract】 The effect of melt-superheating treatment at different temperatures on the nitrogen-absorption behavior of the nickel-base superalloy M963 was investigated. The results show that, the melt-superheating treatment between 1 600 ℃ and 1 650 ℃ can cause a slight decrease in nitrogen content of the alloy owing to the refinement; but the melt-superheating treatment above 1 700 ℃ begins to increase the nitrogen content of the alloy because it changes the melt structure; and when the melt-superheating temperature reaches 1 850 ℃, the nitrogen content of the alloy increases from 0.000 6% to 0.004 7%.
