耐磨铝硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷的制备及其耐磨性能
Preparation and properties of glass-ceramics with good abrasion resistance
【摘要】 采用DTA,XRD,SEM等测试方法,研究了高耐磨玻璃陶瓷的主晶相选择及晶核剂选择,并确定了高耐磨玻璃陶瓷的化学组成,所制备的耐磨玻璃陶瓷组织致密,晶粒细小、均匀,主晶相为透辉石CaMg(SiO3)2,次晶相为少量的硅灰石β CaSiO4。
【Abstract】 The composition of the glassceramics with good abrasion resistance, selection of main crystal phase and nucleating agents were discussed. On the basis of the above, a glassceramics with good wear resistance and low cost was obtained. Results of DTA, XRD and SEM show that the major crystal phases of the glassceramics with homogeneous and dense microstructure are diopside(CaMg(SiO3)2) and wollastonize(βCaSiO3).
