铝酸钠和含硅铝酸钠溶液的红外光谱和拉曼光谱

【摘要】 应用红外光谱和拉曼光谱系统地研究了苛性比ak=1.5 5 ,Al2 O3 含量分别为 10 0 g/L ,15 0g/L和 2 0 0 g/L的铝酸钠溶液和含硅铝酸钠溶液。结果表明 :溶液中存在Al—O—Al键 ,且随着Al2 O3 含量增加而增多 ;SiO2的存在使得铝酸钠溶液中Al—O—Al键转化为Al—O—Si键 ,随着SiO2 含量增加 ,Al—O—Si键增多。这表明Al—O—Si键比Al—O—Al键更稳定。因此 ,含硅铝酸钠溶液是由Al—O—Al,Al—O—Si,Si—O—Si键和Al—O—H…O—Al氢键结合的成网络状无机高分子溶液 ,而不是过饱和的Al2 O3 溶液。这是铝酸钠溶液稳定的原因
【Abstract】 Sodium aluminate and SiO 2-c on taining sodium aluminate solutions were investigated systematically by Raman sca ttering and infrared adsorption spectrum. The results show the Al-O-Al band ex isting in solution increases with content of Al 2O 3; Al-O-Al band is change d to Al-O-Si band, the more the amount of SiO 2, the more the Al-O-Si band. It is shown that structure of Al-O-Si band is more stable than structure of A l-O-Al. So sodium aluminosilicate solutions is inorganic network high polymer solution combined by Al-O-Al, Al-O-Si, Al-O-Si and Al-O-H...O-Al hydroge n band, not supersaturated Al 2O 3 solution. This is why solution is stable.
