Fe3Al纳米粒子增强Al2O3陶瓷的制备及性能
Fabrication and properties of Fe3Al nano-particle toughening Al2O3 matrix composites
【摘要】 用热压烧结法制备了纳米Fe3 Al粒子增强Al2 O3 基复合材料。研究了 14 5 0~ 16 0 0℃不同烧结温度下纳米Fe3 Al的加入量与材料的致密度、力学性能及显微结构的关系。结果表明 :纳米Fe3 Al的加入可使Al2 O3 晶粒的生长受到抑制 ,使复合材料的烧结温度提高。Fe3 Al/Al2 O3 纳米复合材料有良好的力学性能 ,其抗弯强度最高可达832MPa ,断裂韧性最高可达 7.96MPa·m1/ 2 。
【Abstract】 Fe 3Al nanoparticle toughening Al 2O 3 matrix comp os ites are fabricated by hot pressing. The effect of hot-pressed temperature and nano-Fe 3Al contents on the densifications, mechanical properties and microst ructure were researched. The results show that addition of nano-Fe 3Al inhibit es the growth of Al 2O 3, therefore the sintered temperature is increased. Fe 3Al/Al 2O 3 nanocomposites exhibit attractive mechanical properties. The bes t values of bending strength and fracture toughness of the composite are 832 MP a and 7.96 MPa·m 1/2 , respectively.
