【摘要】 目的 研究HPLC法同时测定降糖软胶囊中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量的方法。方法 样品直接用甲醇提取进样,流动相为梯度洗脱:Ⅰ.甲醇-水(65:35)(0～20 min),Ⅱ.甲醇-水(70:30)(20～80min),检测波长250 nm。结果 五味子醇甲在0.71μg～3.53μg之间、五味子甲素在0.19μg～0.95μg之间、五味子乙素在0.36μg～1.80μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数分别为r=0.99998(n=5)、r=0.99993(n=5)、r=0.99997(n=5),平均回收率分别为100.44％、98.06％、101.14％。结论 该法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于降糖软胶囊及五味子药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of schizandrin, deoxyschizandrin and γ-schizandrin in Jiangtang soft capsule. Methods The sample was extracted by methanol. The chromatographic conditions were: a gradient mobile phase of methanol-water(65: 35)within 0～20 rain and methanol-water(70: 30)within 20～80 min, the wavelength at 250 nm. Results A linear range of schizandrin, deoxyschizandrin and γ-schizandrin was within 0.71 μg～3.53 μg(r=0.99998, n=5), 0.19μg～0.95 μg(r=0.99993, n=5)and 0.36μg～1.80μg(r=0.99997, n=5) and the average recoveries were 100.44%, 98.06% and 101.14% respectively. Conclusion This method is easy, sensitive, specific and accurate for the determination of schizandrin, deoxyschizandrin and γ-schizandrin in Jiangtang soft capsule.更多还原
